Location
London, UK

In late 2020 we worked alongside award winning architects Garnett & Partners and the interior fit-out specialists GPF Lewis on the stunning redevelopment of 43 Eagle Street, London.

This office space refurbishment in the heart of London used our Reclaimed Barnstock brick slips to add character and an industrial feel to the open space of the large premises. The brick slips were used alongside concrete effect panelling and exposed steel conduict to create an industrial look that would be fitting for an original converted warehouse.

43 Eagle Street is a 1970’s office building with the renovation work consisting of a 1400sqm GIA scheme which involved remodelling of the exterior elevation at ground floor, renovation of the reception, common areas and offices. The project scope included new comfort cooling, renovation of toilets and new showers and a new roof terrace to the rear. Office areas were designed with exposed M&E Services and featured concrete ceilings and brick interior elevations.

Our reclaimed brick slips are a great option for office fit-outs as they are a quick way to add an original weathered character that looks like it has always been there.

If you have a commercial fit-out project you would like to discuss. Give our team a call, who will be more than willing to help out.
