Reclaimed Bricks – Authentic Character, Heritage Texture & Timeless Appeal

Alongside our range of brick slips, we can also supply a selection of full sized reclaimed bricks to match.

Reclaimed bricks offer a depth of character and authenticity that cannot be replicated by modern manufacturing.
Salvaged from historic buildings across the UK, each reclaimed brick carries the visual marks of time — subtle colour variation, softened edges, weathered faces and natural patina developed over decades of use.
This makes reclaimed bricks an ideal choice for projects where heritage integrity and visual credibility matter.

Suitable for restoration work, period extensions, garden walls and traditional-style new builds, reclaimed bricks blend seamlessly with existing masonry while bringing warmth and texture to contemporary designs. Whether used externally for façades and boundary walls or internally for feature brickwork, fireplaces and statement walls, reclaimed bricks deliver a finish rooted in history and craftsmanship.

Many reclaimed bricks originate from Victorian, Edwardian and early 20th-century buildings, where imperial sizing and traditional production methods were standard. This makes them particularly valuable for matching older brickwork accurately, avoiding the visual mismatch that can occur with modern metric alternatives. Natural variations in tone — from deep reds and warm oranges to softer buffs and darker soot-stained hues — ensure every project retains a unique, lived-in character.

Reclaimed bricks are also a responsible building choice. By reusing existing materials, they reduce the need for new clay extraction and energy-intensive firing processes, supporting lower-carbon construction and circular building practices without compromising on strength or durability.
