Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

There may also be instances where you have excess items left over after the installation of the order. If this is the case, we offer a full refund for any items you wish to return.

RETURNS

As we understand that you may not get round to installing your brick slips for a while. We are happy to offer a 90 day return period on all orders.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@reclaimedbrick-tile.com to reguest a return. After confirmation, you can choose to return the item yourself by placing the items securely in their original packaging, and sending back to us at the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If items are damaged on route, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for these items. Only full, undamaged items will be processed for a refund or exchange.

If you would like us to arrange a collection and return of the items, this can be organised and a return delivery charge will be applied to your refund once processed.

Please let us know which option you would like to go with when requesting a return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
